
The RTP pipe is mainly composed of three layers: an inner thermoplastic pipe, a thermoplastic material such as PE80, PE100, PA, PE-RT II and PVDF. The intermediate layer is a reinforced material layer with interlacing twine at a specific angle. The material is aramid fiber, polyester fiber, glass fiber and steel wire, etc. The outer layer is a protective layer, generally adding anti-aging and ultraviolet resistant HDPE layer.
RTP pipeline has good flexibility and high pressure bearing capacity. It can be supplied by coil and laid quickly in long distance without joint. It is mainly used in oil, natural gas, high pressure water and special fluid transportation field. The pipes are connected by reinforced electrofusion sleeve or button type joint, and the connection with equipment is made by button joint or reinforced electric fusion joint flange, which can meet the requirements of flange, thread and other connection forms. The temperature of RTP pipe is - 42 ℃~ 65 ℃, and the pressure is less than 10 MPa. After special manufacturing, the highest temperature can reach 120 ℃ and the maximum service pressure can reach 32 MPa.
application area
1. Petrochemical Industry
It can be used in crude oil, product oil gathering and transportation pipeline, water injection pipeline. It is especially suitable for transportation of high sulfur medium such as oil, gas and water, natural gas transportation, gathering and transportation pipeline, oil transportation pipeline of wharf and oil field emergency treatment pipeline.
2. Chemical industry
For acid, alkali, salt manufacturing industry, fine chemical industry, chemical fertilizer, pesticide, pharmaceutical and other industries of medium and low temperature corrosive medium pipeline and discharge pipeline;
